Challenges and solutions

Why people call you, and how your AI assistant supports your team.

The AI assistant is configured around your business and your industry. These are the calls it will handle the most.

Your client calls for an appointment

A review, a signature, a meeting to move. They want a date with their own adviser.

Books the appointment

With the right adviser, in their calendar, with the subject and what to bring.

Your client calls for a document

Which papers to bring, where a statement is, what a letter means in practice.

Answers the practical questions

Opening hours, documents, procedures, what happens after a signature, from what you gave it.

Your prospect calls for a first conversation

They are looking for an adviser, want to know what you do and whether you take new clients.

Takes the new enquiry

What they are looking for and whether you take new clients, from what you gave it, then a first conversation in the calendar of the adviser who takes them.

Partner calls about a file

A notary, an insurer, an accountant, calling about a shared client file.

Takes the message for the adviser

Who called, which shared client it is about and what they need, to the adviser who handles that client.

What it brings you

How your business benefits from your AI assistant.

It takes the appointment calls and the document requests from your office. It makes your employees focus on what really matters. It helps you to offer service even outside your office hours. It often makes processes faster and more efficient. It brings your company into the world of AI, where it brings real value for you, your business partners, your teams, and your clients.

Increase customer satisfaction

Your clients ring the office and get an answer about documents, hours or procedures on the spot.

Improve employee morale

Your advisors stay in their appointments. The AI assistant answers the phone between them.

Boost commercial performance

The AI assistant books the first conversation on the call the prospect makes.

Streamline your operations

It records appointments and document requests, and hands anything that is advice to a licensed adviser.

Questions

What people ask about the assistant in financial services.

Does it advise on products, investments or loans?

No, and that is a hard line. It books, answers practical questions and records requests. Anything touching a product, a return, a risk or what a client should do is passed to a licensed adviser, with the question written down and a call-back booked. Advice is regulated work; the assistant handles the intake around it.

Can it act on an account?

No. It does not move money, does not place orders, does not change a mandate and does not read out balances. Requests of that kind are identified, written down and routed to the person who is authorised to handle them, through the procedure the firm already uses.

How is it run, and what does compliance get?

Calls are processed on EU servers, the firm decides what is recorded and for how long, and a data processing agreement is part of the contract. Regulated firms also get an outsourcing agreement, the subprocessor list and the technical and organisational measures for their file. The AI assistant is set up to handle no advice, no transactions and no account data on the call. Larger institutions run this through the L package or through their own platform partner.

Which systems does it work with?

The calendar, the CRM and the telephony the firm already runs. Appointments land in the adviser's calendar and requests on the client record. Core banking and portfolio systems are not touched: the assistant stays on the intake side of the line.

How do callers know it is an AI?

The AI assistant can say it is an AI at the start of every call. The office writes that line in its own agent prompt. Callers can ask for a person at any point. Clients use it because they reach the office on the first ring and leave the call with a date instead of a voicemail.
