Which tools does your AI Communication Colleague connect to?

The Miyon AI assistant works with the calendar, the telephony and the CRM a business already runs, so nothing has to be replaced to get started. Calendar and telephony are connected directly. Other systems are reached through a webhook or an automation tool such as Make or n8n, and native connectors for the most asked-for CRMs are on the roadmap. Where nothing is connected yet, a booking arrives as a note and an e-mail within seconds.

The common ones

The calendars, phone systems and CRMs it connects to.

Miyon AI connects to the calendar, the telephony and the CRM a business already runs, so nothing has to be replaced to get started. These are the ones that come up most; further systems are connected on request, and the assistant answers on your existing number either way.

How a system is reached

The three routes into a system.

Which route a system takes depends on the system, not on your package. None of the three is an IT project.

Connected directly

The calendar and the phone system are connected first, because that is where the bookings and the calls live. The assistant reads free slots, writes the appointment and sends the confirmation while the caller is still on the line.

Reached through a webhook

Anything with an API can be reached without a native connector, directly or through Make, n8n or a webhook, live on the call. Native connectors for the CRMs partners ask for most are on the roadmap.

Not connected yet

The booking arrives as a note and an e-mail within seconds, with the caller's name, the reason and anything that was promised. The assistant answers on your existing number either way.

On the call

What a connected calendar looks like from the caller’s side.

One appointment, start to finish, inside the same call. Nothing here happens afterwards and nothing waits for someone to type it over.

The phone rings

Your number, your greeting. The assistant picks up on the first ring and asks what the caller needs.

Step 1 of 4

It looks in your calendar

Not a copy of it, the calendar your team actually works in. It reads the free slots while the caller waits.

Step 2 of 4

It writes the appointment

In the name of the caller, in the right calendar, with the reason for the visit. The slot is taken from that second.

Step 3 of 4

The caller gets it in writing

A text or an e-mail with the time and what to bring, sent before the call ends.

Step 4 of 4

Anything else

3000+ apps, one bridge away.

No direct connector for your tool? It is reached through n8n, Make or Zapier: the assistant runs your workflow and acts on the answer, live on the call. Nothing to build on your side. These are the ones that come up most.

What you can count on

Three things that hold, whatever is connected.

It cannot use what you did not connect

The assistant can only reach the systems you have given it. It cannot invent a booking in a system that is not there, and it does not go looking for one.

Everything it did is written down

Every call leaves a summary, and every action leaves a line: what was booked, what was changed, what was passed on and to whom. You read it back the next morning.

A system being down does not lose the call

If the calendar cannot be reached, the assistant takes the appointment by hand and sends it to your desk by e-mail. The caller notices nothing and nobody hears a phone ring out.

Your own system

Not on the list?

Bring the system you run and we will tell you which of the three routes it takes, before you buy anything. Partners and larger set-ups can see the full connector list and the API on the white label integrations page.
